Internal Competitions
Starting in September 2026
ECF Rated
Open only to players whose primary club is listed as Warndon.
Standard - Warndon Club Championship – a 45+30 standard-play knockout competition running throughout the season.
Annual Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Seeded draw ro be made live at the club in September.
Rapid - Warndon Rapid Championship – a 15+10 rapid-play competition running throughout the season.
Annual Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Players may arrange up to four games against each (and any) opponent throughout the season. Play as many games as you can - the more games you complete, the greater your opportunity to score points and finish in the top three. The format is designed to encourage and reward active participation.
Blitz - Blitz Swiss Tournaments - Three Swiss Tournaments organised roughly every 4 months throughout the year.
Played for fun and blitz rating.
